One of the main stars of the NBA, LeBron Jamesha requested this Thursday the vote for the Democratic candidate for the White Housea, the vice president Kamala Harris.
“What are we talking about here? When I think about my children, my family and how they will grow up, I am clear about my vote. VOTE FOR KAMALA HARRIS!!,” James said in a post on his social media.
The message accompanies a video in which Trump’s insulting or racist comments with historical images of the civil rights movement or more current images of migrant people.

One of Trump’s cuts, from 1989, was directed at the ‘Central Park Five’, five Latino and black men wrongfully convicted when they were teenagers in a case of rape of a woman against whom the magnate led a media campaign.
“Of course I hate these people, and let’s all hate them because maybe hate is what we need,” Trump, who has never apologized, said of those young people.
James closes the video with the message “Hate makes us retreat.”
The four-time NBA champion has been close to the Democratic Party throughout his career, participating in events and asking to vote for Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012, for Hillary Clinton in 2016 and for Joe Biden in 2020.
James’ public support five days before the election comes at a key moment for Democrats, who They fear they are losing votes among African-American mens, until now very loyal to the party.
