Andorra la Vella“We don’t expect anything good from the omnibus law.” That’s how forceful the spokesperson for the Coordinator for Decent Housing in Andorra, Joan Ramon Crespo, has been. From the platform, they do not rule out going back out into the streets to demonstrate for the housing problem that the country is experiencing. At the moment there is nothing concrete on the table, but from the Coordinator they assure that if people ask to go out on the street again “we are quite organized so that if people want to go out, we can do it, but we still don’t have anything about the table”, explained one of the members of the Coordinator, Rebeca. If people asked for it, the movement has left the door open to do so, since “we would like to do something here in Andorra”, added Rebeca. In fact, the Coordinator intends to participate in the demonstration that has been called at the Seu d’Urgell for Friday, December 6 and this Tuesday they will meet in an open assembly to organize. This was explained by the group that organized an event this Saturday to commemorate the first anniversary of the housing movement.
