Andorra la VellaDuring this Friday, the threat of a strike by the drivers of Coopalsa, who are asking for the return of the working conditions of a few months ago, became known. They mainly complain about the shifts, reporting stays of more than eleven and twelve hours, with three different work shifts in a single day and only one day off.
Despite this, Gabriel Dallerès, director of the company, has defended the company’s actions in front of the RTVA microphones. He assures that current regulations are complied with, and that “the work must be distributed in such a way that it can be done in a reasonable way”.
Dallerès explains that it is in the company’s interest to “try to get the operating accounts out”, but that it is also in the interest of the staff and users to be satisfied.
