THE new chief executive of Carlow County Council Coilín O’Reilly has officially taken over.
The new council boss attended his first council meeting last week and was warmly welcomed by cathaoirleach Andrea Dalton.
Cllr Dalton also thanked director of services Michael Rainey for his role as acting chief executive following the retirement of previous chief executive Kathleen Holohan.
