Andorra la VellaThe Consul Major of Sant Julià de Lòria, Cerni Cairathas responded to the criticism received by theopposition on the low execution ofinvestments during the second quarter of this year, defending a “conservative and rigorous” management in major projects.

The consul has reiterated that spending will intensify during the final stretch of the year with the progress of the works on this center and other investments.
