Andorra la VellaThe Superior Council of Justice (CSJ) has today approved the appointment – in a trial period – of eleven officers attached to the Battalion. The 11 candidates have passed the selective admission process and will be on probation for 12 months. On November 14, the technical selection committee closed the selection process and proposed to the CSJ the appointment of the eleven candidates who have successfully passed the tests. Following the procedure established for that purpose, on December 2, the Comptroller General issued a favorable report and today the appointment has been agreed upon by the Superior Council of Justice.
Today, the results of the competition were communicated to the interested parties, following what was established in the shock plan to improve the judicial administration. With regard to the shock plan, only the coverage of the 2 positions left to be awarded for Batllia officers remains in the competition phase. Once awarded, the process of implementing the shock plan measures will be considered closed. It is expected that once implemented, the optimal functioning of justice will arrive after three years.
