Agents from the Citizen Assistance Group (GAC) quickly arrived at the scene, where they found the mother crying and very nervous. The woman has stated that her son, recently discharged from the Psychiatry Ward of the regional hospital, has not stopped demanding money from her, to which she refused, since he dedicated it “to buying drugs.”

“He grabbed her by the neck”

The mother has reported that her son grabbed her “by the neck with his two hands”, squeezing so much that he It was impossible to breathe until I practically “lost consciousness”. At a critical moment, when she thought he was going to kill her, the young man loosened his grip, but then hit her on the head with a vase.

After the attack, the son fled with his mother’s vehicle, cell phone and ID, leaving her locked. However, the victim managed to get out through the garage and was treated by another police officer, being transferred to the Regional Hospital due to her injuries.

The agents went to a bank where they located the son waiting in line to withdraw money. After being informed of the reason for his arrest, he was subjected to a superficial search, and was found with two kitchen knives and narcotic substances. The detainee has offered strong resistance, going so far as to knock the back door of the police vehicle out of square due to the kicks.

The 33-year-old young man has been brought to justice for the crimes of mistreatment in the family, resistance and disobedience and damages, being decreed his entry into prison by the judicial authority.
