“I’m going to cut your throat”

That same month, the couple broke up their relationship and she moved to another home, where a friend of hers lived with her husband, her mother and her son. The man showed up at the new home, and started shouting from the street that “they were going to have problems” if they continued to shelter his ex-partner. Later, he climbed onto the roof of the house and climbed down with a rope to climb through the kitchen window. Over there, He grabbed the victim by the head and shook him with violence, but, upon seeing that the rest of the residents had called the police, he “escaped through the window again” and fled the scene.

The accused suffers from a personality disorder, regularly consumes alcoholic beverages and drugs occasionally, and at the time of the events reported, he had a decline in his powers of understanding and will, as stated in the court document.
