A 25-year-old woman has died this Monday from carbon monoxide inhalation coming from a combustion energy generator on Lola Flores Street, 5, in the Madrid district of San Blas.
As reported by Emergencies Madrid, the victim was in cardiorespiratory arrest upon the arrival of the National Police officers who began CPR maneuvers and who continued together with Firefighters from the Community of Madrid.
The Samur-PC health workers also traveled to the place and continued with advanced maneuvers but, finally, they could only confirm the death of the young woman. A psychologist from Samur treated the victim’s partner. Summa 112 also collaborated.
For their part, the Madrid City Council Firefighters reviewed and they ventilated the room and they evacuated the plant where the deceased was as a precaution.
The National Police is in charge of the investigation in collaboration with the Municipal Police.
