At least six tourists have died until now due to alleged poisoning with adulterated alcohol in Laos. They are five women and one man: two young Australians, two Danish, one American and one British.
The family of one of the deceased Australians, Holly Bowles, 19 years oldregretted this Friday in a statement the death of the young woman after being admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital in Bangkok, where she was transferred from Laos.
The death of another of the touristsa 28-year-old native of the United Kingdom, was confirmed this Thursday night by the United Kingdom Foreign Office.
