The Socialist Party will present this Friday a joint lawsuit of all the people who have been identified by the prosecutor of the Koldo Víctor de Aldama case in his statement before the judge. It was announced by the Minister of Territorial Policy, Angel Victor Torresin a press conference from Moncloa, in which he reiterated that what Aldama said yesterday are “lies” for which Ferraz will take legal action against him.
Aldama assured this Thursday before the judge that he delivered juicy bites to former minister José Luis Ábalos and his advisor, Koldo García. 400,000 euros to the first and another 200,000 to the second, along with another 15,000 euros in cash to the current Secretary of Organization of the PSOE, Santos Cerdán, in a bar in front of the headquarters of the Socialist Party on Ferraz Street in Madrid. He also assured that the Minister of Territorial Policy, Ángel Víctor Torres, asked him for a bribe of 5,000 euros but he refused to pay it.
