The arrest of one of them, a 28-year-old driver with an alcohol level of 1.18 grams per liter of blood, stands out. According to the police, during Saturday morning in Escaldes he ignored the signals of a Traffic Service vehicle. The driver stopped the vehicle suddenly and reversed, colliding with the front of the communal officers’ car. From that moment on, he was controlled and subjected to a breathalyzer test.
