Mercadona has launched a new product: rosemary lamb burgersa dish that the well-known has already tried tiktoker MicrobiotaFromZero, a senior dietician technician who has accumulated more than 40,000 followers on social networks and has described Mercadona’s new creation as “fantastic.”
“Fantastic novelty in Mercadona. In this case I do bring you good news.and I am referring to their new rosemary lamb burger,” he begins by expressing in a video that he has published on his TikTok profile.
“In terms of ingredients, the truth is that it is quite good, in line with the format we previously had for beef. With 98% lamb meat, salt, dextrosespices, 0.2% rosemary and a couple of additives, but in very low quantities,” he added.
Likewise, he has also approved the flavor: “I liked both the texture and the flavor. Obviously, if you normally reject meats with very prominent flavors, such as lamb, then in this case the same thing will happen to you, although the flavor is not as accentuated as in baked lamb for example, not by much. less”.
The tiktoker also claims that the price of a pack of two hamburgers is 3.70 euros, that is, 15.40 euros per kilo, so ends up approving the productsomething that the rest of the users who responded to his video seem not to have done.
“Well, I tried it and both the texture and the flavor seemed very, very bad to me. It doesn’t taste like anything,” comments one user. “You pay a lot of attention to the ingredients and you don’t talk about the amount of fat, tendons and hard things you find on those burgers. “A billion times better than the butcher shop on the market,” adds another.
