The shelves of the supermarkets in Malaga are left empty due to the emergence of a new DANA in the province

In Malaga an image has been repeated that is reminiscent of those that were recorded throughout Spain with the covid-19 crisis: many of its supermarkets were left with empty shelves this Tuesday in the afternoon before the emergence of a new DANA in the province.

Panic took over part of the population before Aemet changed the orange alert to a red alert late at night. Thus, according to local media reports, in the Mediterranean city sand in a few hours they sold out of meat, yogurt and dairy productsbread, bottled water or toilet paper.

The new DANA announced for this Wednesday is over the Mediterranean coast and is already causing heavy rains in Tarragona and Malaga. In the Andalusian province about 3,000 people have been evicted of their homes on the banks of the Guadalhorce River, a preventive action in an area that was affected a few days ago by the overflowing of the river.
