Andorra la VellaThe police have arrested eight people in the course of the week for alleged crimes against public health, collective security and the administration of justice. With regard to crimes for consumption or possession of toxic drugs, three people have been arrested.
On Monday, at 9 a.m. in a routine control at the border of the Runer River, a 26-year-old tourist was controlled with 0.8 grams of cocaine. The other two were during the day of Thursday. First, around two in the morning in a night entertainment venue in La Massana, a 46-year-old resident, in possession of a wrapper with traces of cocaine, which he had already consumed prior to the control.
Later, at 2:19 p.m. at a road checkpoint in Encamp, a 33-year-old tourist was found in possession of 0.5 grams of ketamine. In addition, he was also arrested for an alleged crime against collective security for giving a positive result in the saliva toxic test.
