According to the podcast no lie has been told and therefore there is freedom of speech to say whatever they want.
The leader of Andorra Endavant yesterday asked the Andorran podcast ‘Fvck i Lloc’ to withdraw the second episode of this year’s season which contains the interview with the Olympic rower Mònica Dòria. The program of the well-known presenters, Joan and Marc, criticized and satirized a video of Andorra Endavant on the networks, in fact they commented that this account did not exist but that Carine Montaner’s account is the party official.
Montaner’s video emphasized the relationship of the Andorran minister with Astrid Stuckelberger, a well-known WHO researcher with a good relationship with Kennedy JR. appointed Minister of Health by Donald Trump.
For the councillor, the offense came from the treatment of the subject, disparaging figures such as the future minister of health, accusing him of being in favor of Nazi medicine, and Stuckelberger saying that he did not appear on Google and that he was no eminence. Montaner considered suing the podcast for this sequence and asked privately that it be taken down. The podcast does not feel that it has missed the truth and is unmovable in the face of criticism from politics.
