The former general secretary of the PSOE-M Juan Lobato delivered this Friday to the Supreme Court a notarial act confirming that Moncloa sent him the confidential emails from Isabel Díaz Ayuso’s boyfriend before they were published in the media. Magistrate Ángel Hurtado, who is investigating the State Attorney General for the leak of these emails, has taken Lobato’s statement as a witness and has authorized the dumping of his mobile phone, which contains that WhatsApp conversation with the senior official of Moncloa Pilar Sánchez Acera.
