Peter Rocha will not be able to run in the next presidential elections of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, scheduled for December 16, after the Contentious-Administrative chamber of the National Court has rejected the request to provisionally suspend the disqualification for two years that the Sports Administrative Court imposed on the former president of the RFEF.
The Extremaduran leader was disqualified by the TAD last July for having exceeded his duties as president of the RFEF Management Commission when deciding to dismiss the previous secretary generalAndreu Camps.
